Ignite Talent finalist for 2026 Football Agency of the Year

We're honoured that Ignite Talent has once again been named as a finalist in the Football Agency of the Year category at the fourth-annual Women's Football Awards 2026.

This marks ignite’s second consecutive nomination at the Awards, following our shortlisting in 2025 for Football Business of the Year, a testament to our sustained presence and impact in women's football over the past decade.

The Women's Football Awards celebrate the individuals and organisations driving the sport forward, and we're proud to have ignite recognised alongside other leading agencies and stakeholders who share our commitment to opportunity and professionalism.

Since starting our work with players in 2017, we've remained true to our vision of developing a better future for the women's game. This nomination recognises not just our work, but the incredible players, coaches, and managers who’ve trusted us to guide their careers.  It’s a pleasure to watch the group join world-class Clubs like Arsenal, score key goals in Cup finals and on the international stage and see our coaches lead top-10 nations into major tournaments.

The 2026 ceremony, hosted by Gabby Logan and Jamie Carragher, will take place in London on 7 May 2026.
