FC København promoted to Liga B as champions in first season

FC København Women have won the 2024/25 Danish Second Division and secured promotion to the Danish B-Liga in their debut season.

The Club, which launched its women's senior team at the start of this season, finished the campaign undefeated with 16 wins and four draws to earn a place in Denmark's First Division.

For Rikke Sevecke, who joined the Club ahead of the season, the promotion marks a key milestone in her nascent coaching journey following her retirement from playing due to a heart condition in late 2023. 

Congratulations to Rikke and FCK on a huge achievement in their first competitive season.
