Czech international recognised for standout season with Slavia Prague

Barbora Votíková has been named Goalkeeper of the Year in the Czech Liga Žen for the 2024–25 season. The 28-year-old returned to Slavia Prague in August 2024 after spells with Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur. Her performances between the posts helped Slavia secure the league title in May 2025, finishing ahead of rivals Sparta Prague. This accolade recognises her consistency and shot-stopping quality throughout the campaign. Well deserved, Bára!
